Rooted in ancient mysticism, The Merkava reflects one of the most profound concepts in Jewish spirituality: the transformation of divine light into earthly form.
This edition of the Diamond Tanach brings that vision to life through the geometry of the Star of David — two interlocking triangles that unite heaven and earth in eternal dialogue.
One triangle points upward, rooted in earth and rising toward the divine. The other descends from the heavens, grounding spirit in the material. Together, they form a sacred vessel — the Merkava, a chariot of light.
Adorned with six diamonds, the design alludes to the Hebrew letter Vav (ו) — the sixth letter, a symbol of connection. It is a bridge between the upper and lower worlds, between the soul’s yearning and the Torah’s grounding wisdom.
As designer Noy Ben-Porat shares:
“The movement of the rays of light between the diamonds and the Star of David mirrors the spirit of God touching man.”
Bound in Italian Nappa leather, set with 14K white gold, and printed in Jerusalem, this edition is more than scripture — it is a mirror of divine encounter, a physical echo of spiritual truth.
